1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Verifycode platform (operated by Verifycode Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform.

2. Description of Service

Verifycode is a bug bounty and testing marketplace that connects security researchers, testers, and developers with companies seeking to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in their products and services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Bug Bounty Guidelines

When participating in bug bounty programs, you agree to:

  • Only test systems within the defined scope
  • Not access, modify, or delete data belonging to others
  • Report vulnerabilities responsibly and promptly
  • Not publicly disclose vulnerabilities without company permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate bug reports
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or companies
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Sell, transfer, or share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to submit reports without authorization

6. Payments and Rewards

Bounty Payments: Reward amounts are determined by the respective companies and are subject to their terms.

Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Disputes: Payment disputes should be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Verifycode Limited or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEZAP LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
