Terms of Service

You authenticate through Tsheks ID, a single account shared across our products. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Tsheks provides marketing and growth tooling. Tsheks Security connects companies with testers and security researchers for beta testing, surveys and bug bounties. Tsheks AI Scan performs automated security reviews of code you connect via GitHub.

There are no subscriptions. You pay directly per project, bounty or campaign, and AI scanning is billed with usage-based credits (1 credit = $0.01). Credits are consumed based on the tokens processed by our AI provider, and are non-refundable once consumed. Prices and credit rates may change with notice.

Do not use the services to break the law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, abuse testers or researchers, or scan code you do not have the right to access. You must only connect repositories you are authorised to analyse.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the licence needed to operate the services (for example, to send selected code to our AI provider to produce a security report). AI output is provided as a helpful signal, not a guarantee — always review findings before acting on them.

The services rely on third parties such as GitHub, DeepSeek, Stripe, Flutterwave and Paystack. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

The services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsheks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.

You may stop using the services at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
